Rates

We offer different rates throughout the year, depending on the low- and high season on the island.

 

Low season

€ 55 (EUR) or $ 60 (USD) per studio per night

March 1st - December 21st

  

High Season

€ 75 (EUR) or $ 80 (USD) per studio per night
December 21st - February 28th

CONDITIONS

•   All rates are in EURO's or U.S. Dollars.

•   Rates are based on 2 people per studio.

•   Baby crib or high chair: Available upon request, free of charge

•   The rent includes 8KW per day for electricity use. Extra use will be charged for 0,50 USD per KW.

•   The rent includes 2m3 water per week. More m3 will be charged USD 5,00 per m3.

•   Monthly rentals are exclusive of electricity and water use, but do include Internet.

•   One week is 7 nights, 8 days.

•   A weekend is 2 nights, 3 days.

•   Rentals include weekly change of towels and linen.

•   Check in time is 3 PM, check out time is 10 AM. An early check in or a late check-out can be requested and is subject to availability.

 

PAYMENT

• We require a 50% payment to confirm your reservation, which must be paid within 7 days from the booking date when check-in date is more than 30 days from booking date, or within 1 day when check-in date is less than 30 days from booking date. After receiving the downpayment, your booking is confirmed.

• By paying the rental fee, the renter agrees to all rental terms and conditions.

• If the total rental fee hasn't been paid on time, your reservation will be cancelled.

• Rates don’t include maid service; a one-time fee of USD 30 will be added to your bill for the final cleaning of the studio.

• Upon receipt of the total rental fee, the renter will receive all booking information by e-mail, together with further information.

• Cancellation costs up to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total rental fee.

• Cancellation costs within 30 days from arrival: 100% of the total rental fee

• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

 

DAMAGES TO THE STUDIOS/ INVENTORY

• Damages to the studios or its inventory caused by the renter, will be charged. The renter needs to report any damages to the owner before check-out.

• Damages under USD 25 will not be charged, if reported.

 

OTHER

• Even though our studios are located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, we advice you not to leave any valuable items or documents unattended. The owner can't be held responsible for theft, burglary or missing items.

• It is not allowed to organize parties or events at the studios, noise should be reduced after 9 PM.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Smoking inside the apartments is not allowed.

• Daily housekeeping service may be available at additional cost.

• The studios have access to WiFi. Upon check-in, we will provide you with the password and log-in information.
