Information Villa Tibushi
We will be happy to give you some more information and instructions for your stay in Villa Tibushi.
Check-in
Your check in time is 3 PM. An early check-in is available upon request. Please ask our property manager Alicia for the options.
WiFi
Your studios has a free WiFi connection. You can access this, using the following information:

Password: studios15
Entrance
As our guests of the villa, you enter the home through the main entrance. If the studios are rented out, guests of the studios use the separate entrance at the left side of the home.
Water & electricity use
Upon check in, we will take the electricity- and water meter readings together. The use of 32 kWh electricity per day and 6 m3 water per week is included in your rental price. Extra use will be charged at a local rate.
Water in the villa
The water in the kitchen and bathroom is climate controlled, which is common in most households on Aruba. The water temperature adjusts to the temperature outside; the ambient temperature remains fairly consistent and so does our water temperature, which is around 23 – 25 degrees.
Car parking
To avoid inconveniences for our neighbors, please park your rental car(s) at the main parking lot in front of the home. Studio guests will park their car at the studios entrance.
Garbage containers
There are two garbage containers outside on the parking lot. Please leave beer bottles (glass) inside the house.
Swimming pool
The pool is a great place to lounge and refresh. Swimming is at your own risk. For your own safety, please don’t dive. Never leave children unattended at the pool area. Please don’t make any adjustments to the settings in the pool house, other than turning on the light at night (if needed).
Swimming pool maintenance
The swimming pool can be used all day. You will notice that pool pump will run daily from approx. 11 AM until 4 PM, to keep the pool water clean. Additionally, the swimming pool is maintained every Monday by Aqualive to ensure optimal water quality. They use safe products to keep the water clean. It’s normal for the water to take a few hours to clear after treatment.
Turn on Swimming pool light
Do you want to swim in the evening? You can turn on the pool light. To do this, open the door of the small pool house in the corner of the garden. Turn the switch up to ‘on’ to turn on the light. Don’t forget to turn of the light when you leave the house or go to bed.
BBQ
Feel free to use the BBQ in your backyard. We appreciate it if you keep the BBQ clean after use.
Turn on the Oven
Open the door of the oven, turn the switch and select the temperature that you like. Keep the switch pressed, you will hear a continuous clicking sound. Hold a lighter in front of the opening in the bottom of the oven (there are nine round openings, use the opening in the middle). You will see that the fire will turn on right away. You can let go of the switch after a few seconds. Close the oven and let it pre-heat for several minutes before placing your food in the oven.
Towels, linen & cleaning
Towels and linen will be changed weekly, if you stay more than one week. Beach towels can be provided upon request. Daily housekeeping service is available at additional cost, please ask our property manager Alicia for the options.
Laundry machine
We have a laundry machine in the laundry room, as well as laundry detergent. Select your washing-cycle, open the lid and add the detergent. As water starts to flow in, add your dirty laundry. Once you close the lid, the machine is ready to start washing and will start automatically. To dry your clothes, we have laundry lines at the right side of the house. Your laundry will dry quick in the warm, Aruban wind.
Non smoking
Smoking and the use of soft/ hard drugs on the property is not allowed.
Damages
Damages to the villa or its inventory caused by the guest, will be charged. The guest needs to report any damages to the property manager as soon as possible. The damage cost will be deducted from the deposit or sent as a separate invoice.
Noise
It is not allowed to organize parties or events at the villa. As our villa is located in a residential area, noise should be reduced after 9 PM.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Check-out
Your check out time is 10 AM. A late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability. Please ask our property manager Alicia for the options.
If you are leaving early on your departure day, please inform us accordingly.
