Information Aruba Studios
We will be happy to give you some more information and instructions for your stay in the Aruba Studios.
Check-in
Your check in time is 3 PM. An early check-in is available upon request. Please ask our property manager Alicia for the options.
WiFi
Your studios has a free WiFi connection. You can access this, using the following information:
Network: arubastudios
Password: studios15
Entrance
Renters of both studios will use the entrance door to the studios, at the left side of the villa. For your own and others security, close the door when you leave the premises.
Water & electricity use
Upon check in, we will take the electricity- and water meter readings of your studio. The use of 8 kWh electricity per day and 2 m3 water per week is included in your rental price. Extra use will be charged at a local rate.
Water in the studios
The water in the kitchen and bathroom is climate controlled, which is common in most households on Aruba. The water temperature adjusts to the temperature outside; the ambient temperature remains fairly consistent and so does our water temperature, which is around 23 – 25 degrees.
Car parking
To avoid inconveniences for our neighbors and the guests of the villa, please park your rental car in front of the entrance of the studios.
Garbage containers
There are two garbage containers outside on the parking lot. Please leave beer bottles (glass) inside the studio.
Towels and linen
Towels and linen will be changed weekly, if you stay more than one week. Beach towels can be provided upon request. Daily housekeeping service is available at additional cost, please ask our property manager Alicia for the options.
Laundry facilities
We don’t have a washing machine at the Aruba Studios. There are several laundry facilities nearby:
Non smoking
Smoking and the use of soft/ hard drugs on the property is not allowed.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Damages
Damages to the studios or its inventory caused by the guest, will be charged. The guest needs to report any damages to the property manager as soon as possible. The damage cost will be deducted from the deposit or sent as a separate invoice.
Noise
It is not allowed to organize parties or events at the studios. As our studios are located in a residential area, noise should be reduced after 9 PM.
Check-out
Your check out time is 10 AM. A late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability. Please ask our property manager Alicia for the options.
If you are leaving early on your departure day, please inform us accordingly.
