Villa Tibushi is a beautiful Spanish-style villa, nestled in a quiet residential area of Noord. Just a 3-minute drive from Aruba’s best beaches, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort, relaxation, and island charm.

The spacious villa features 3 bedrooms (accommodating up to 6 guests) and 2 bathrooms, making it ideal for families. Enjoy free high-speed WiFi and air conditioning (with remote control) throughout the home.

The living room boasts a high wooden ceiling, creating an airy and inviting atmosphere. Relax on the cozy couch or rocking chair, watch your favorite shows on the flatscreen TV, or gather around the dining table for a home-cooked meal. The fully equipped kitchen includes a 4-burner cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and large fridge, making meal preparation a breeze.

The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower, sink, and toilet. The two additional bedrooms—one with a double bed, the other with two single beds—share a second bathroom, also equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. Both bathrooms have a water heater for added comfort.

Enjoy seamless indoor-outdoor living with double doors in the living room, hallway, and master bedroom, all opening up to the backyard.

Step outside to your private tropical retreat, where you’ll find a refreshing freeform pool (approx. 7m x 3m, max depth 1.50m) that lights up beautifully at night. Unwind in the comfortable lounge area, soak up the sun on the lounge beds under the palapa, or rinse off in the outdoor shower. The covered patio provides ample shade for the dining area and BBQ station, perfect for alfresco meals.

At the front of the villa, a cozy porch with seating welcomes you, and there’s plenty of space to park your car(s).
