Planning a long-term stay in Aruba? This FAQ covers everything you need to know for your extended stay.

*How long can I rent a property for?
You can rent a studio for as long as you like. To benefit from the long term rental fees, we require a minimum stay of two months.

*What is the monthly rental price?
The rental price for our Aruba Studios depends on the season. In high season (December – June) the rental price starts at Afl. 1275, in medium- and low season (July – December) the rental price starts at Afl. 975 excluding utilities. It is possible to pay in US Dollars or Euros as well.

*Are utilities included in the rent?
Strong WiFi, Cable TV channels and weekly linen & bath towel exchange is included in the rent. Your usage of water and electricity is excluded. For this, we will take the meter readings and charge you for your own actual use during your stay.

*Is a security deposit required, and how much?
Yes, we require a security deposit of Afl. 500. We use this to cover any damages done during your stay and deduct the costs of your water and electricity usage from this. 

* Do you offer long term rentals for students?
Yes, our studios are suitable for students, people who work on the island or tourists who would like to stay a bit longer and escape the cold. 

*Is the property suitable for remote work?
Definitely! We offer a strong WiFi connection (included in the rent) and the studio has a small table for your laptop where you can get your work done.

*Does it include appliances like a washer, dryer, or dishwasher?
The studios don’t have a washer, dryer of dishwasher. We provide clean linen and towels on a weekly basis. To wash clothes, you can make use of one of the laundry facilities nearby.

*Is there air conditioning in the studios?
Yes, the Aruba Studios are equipped with air conditioning.

*Is there outdoor space? 
Yes, there is a small patio in front of the studios that is shared by studio renters from both Studio A and B. 

*How close are the studios from the beach, shops, and restaurants?
Beaches like Arashi, Boca Catalina and Palm Beach are just 5 minutes driving away. There is a supermarket at 2 minutes driving and you will find plenty of shops and restaurants in Palm Beach, also just 5 minutes driving away.

*Is the neighborhood safe and quiet?
Yes, the studios are located in a quiet and safe local residential area.

*Are there any public transportation options nearby?
There is no public transportation near the studios. Buses run along the highrise and lowrise hotel area. The nearest busstop is at the Marriott hotel or at Arashi beach. We always recommend to rent a car (or a bicycle, if you are looking for a more affordable solution) to get around the island.

*Is parking available?
Yes, you can park your car for free at the entrance of the studios (streetside). 

*Can the lease be terminated early if needed?
Yes, this is possible. Tenants must give one month’s notice to terminate the lease.
