Local favorite Arashi Beach

Arashi Beach, located on the northwestern tip of Aruba near the California Lighthouse, is a favorite among locals and visitors alike for its tranquil atmosphere and crystal-clear waters.

Unlike the bustling Palm Beach, Arashi offers a more relaxed vibe, making it ideal for a quieter escape. The beach is known for its soft white sand and calm, shallow waters, perfect for swimming and snorkeling. Its vibrant underwater life with colorful fish attracts snorkeling enthusiasts, while the gentle waves make it family-friendly.

Arashi Beach is less crowded than some of Aruba’s more commercial beaches, yet it still offers convenient amenities, including palapas for shade, beach chairs for rent, and a small beach bar called ‘Arashi Beach Shack’ serving refreshing drinks and snacks.

The friendly mix of locals and tourists creates a welcoming and laid-back atmosphere, making Arashi Beach a must-visit spot if you want to experience the authentic charm of Aruba.

Just a short 15-minute walk from the beach, the California Lighthouse provides stunning panoramic views of Aruba’s coastline. You can take great photos or spend a peaceful moment to enjoy the island’s natural beauty.
